Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@boodleandbark.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Due to our swift processing times, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this window.


Returns & Refunds

We’re sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your Boodle and Bark purchase — we want every customer to love their order.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email info@boodleandbark.com, and our team will guide you through the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is received damaged or faulty. In such cases, please include photographic evidence in your initial email.

Important: If returning an item via untracked post, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
