Delivery Information
UK Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £3.99
Free on orders over £40.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended. The delivery timeframe begins from the date of dispatch.
UK Tracked Express (24–48 hours) – £5.95
Order by 13:00 GMT, Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).
European Delivery (3–5 working days) – £10.99
International Delivery (5–15 working days) – £14.99
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Note: For customers based in the UAE using a UK shipping forwarder, we recommend proceeding through your forwarder for a faster delivery experience.
Customs & Duties
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to additional customs charges, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your shipping costs at checkout.
Missed Deliveries
If your parcel fits through your letterbox, Royal Mail will deliver it directly. Otherwise, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery.
Missing Orders
If you haven’t received your order:
UK customers: Please get in touch after 6 working days from dispatch.
International customers: Please get in touch after 20 working days from dispatch.
Contact us at info@boodleandbark.com, and we’ll assist you. In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate.
